  From their work at Greater Manchester Council, Pauline Randall and Edward Thorp gained invaluable skills in the art of large scale landscape restoration.

Since the inception of the practice in 1986, our clients have benefited from these specialist skills and knowledge on a range of schemes, transforming brownfield land into new public parks and restoring waste and mineral sites.

Landscape assessment, landform design and full restoration proposals, including amenity lake use, for extensive complex of sand and gravel extraction sites.

Landscape assessment, restoration scheme and expert evidence at public inquiry for extension of rock quarry.
 
     
     
Wilderspool Community Woodland  Warrington
Creation of new 6.0 ha community woodland on demolition disposal site. Facilitated involvement of children from 12 schools as well as local businesses and residents associations.

Estuary Coastal Reserve  Liverpool
Feasibility, detailed design and implementation to restore the wild coastal landscape on the former Speke airfield for wildlife and informal recreation.  Additional work has included community consultation, help with funding applications and assistance to the Coastal Reserve Management Committee.
