Responsible for contract administration and annual landscape budgets for site maintenance/management of Green Infrastructure throughout Cambourne. Detailed landscape design and contract administration for GI schemes including sports fields, allotments and large scale woodland structure planting. Also responsible for woodland management.
PERSIMMON HOMES WARREN WOOD, MANOR FARM
2007 - present
Responsible for the production of a detailed woodland management plan and landscape proposals included within the green infrastructure for a 1,150 unit residential scheme. Work included a public consultation exercise for the client.
PEEL DEVELOPMENTS PEEL HOTEL:TRAFFORD CENTRE

Design team leader for a new 4 star hotel development, including the design of a two tier green roof and a planting scheme to promote biodiversity.

Responsible for GI outline design, master planning and structural landscape scheme for this 1,000 unit residential development.

Responsible for detailed landscape design and contract administration for this urban enhancement scheme for village centre. The project required complicated public liaison and consulation exercises.
