Working with a range of new house types was a steep learning curve for both ourselves and our client. As well as the detailed site layout we suggested a range of possible elevational treatments for our client to consider.
 
   
 
       
     
  Through a close working relationship with Ben Bailey’s Technical Manager, a scheme was developed that met our client’s requirements and expectations. Creating a good dialogue with the Planning Authority and responding quickly to requests for further details or minor changes meant our client obtained planning permission for this 37 home scheme swiftly and efficiently.
