Through our involvement with Cambourne new settlement and many other schemes, we have over twenty years experience of masterplanning large complex schemes.
As a result, we offer our clients a wealth of practical knowledge regarding both the planning and delivery of masterplan projects. Whatever the size or complexity of the project, we work in a holistic way, balancing the needs of engineering, green infrastructure, built development, existing constraints, site features, programme and budget to ensure designs are appropriate, deliverable and sustainable.

405 ha, 3,300 unit new settlement. Landscape consultants for original masterplan led by Terry Farrell in 1995. Responsible for masterplan co-ordination and development since 1999. Masterplanners for all new development since 2002.

Winning entry in national RIBA design competition for this environmentally sensitive site on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. Preparation of Masterplan, Design Guide and detailed designs for the first phase of infrastructure work.

Masterplan consultants for this 97 ha, 1M square foot employment park. Responsible for making representations to the UDP Inquiry for an allocation for employment use, preparing the masterplan document and co-ordinating the Environmental Statement for the planning application.
