A key element of the regeneration of Partington was the redevelopment of the 1960’s shopping area.

Randall Thorp worked with the local community, local authority and developers from concept masterplan to detailed design through to delivery on site to create a scheme for the village centre that responded to local need and modern living. The new retail area is a catalyst for growth in the village, creating new jobs, investment in housing and a brighter, greener environment for the community.
