Winning entry in national RIBA design competition for an environmentally sensitive site on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. Preparation of detailed designs for the first phase of infrastructure work and detailed ‘garden’ design for frontage to first business unit.

Randall Thorp have been responsible for: masterplanning this 1M square foot business park site, co-ordinating the design guides for the development, taking the landscape works to completion, making submissions to satisfy planning conditions, evolving the design to suit developments and running the maintenance contract.

Estuary Coastal Reserve Liverpool

Masterplan consultants and detailed design of 260 ha of green infrastructure including: 45 ha of new woodland, 6 ha of new lakes and wetland, 28 ha Country park, 58 ha of new nature reserves, village greens, play areas, sports facilities, allotments, High Street, Community orchard, 12 miles of new footpaths, cycleways and bridleways and a new burial ground.
