	Snowdonia Business Park MINFFORD Winning entry in national RIBA design competition for an environmentally sensitive site on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. Preparation of detailed designs for the first phase of infrastructure work and detailed ‘garden’ design for frontage to first business unit.


	Liverpool International Business Park Randall Thorp have been responsible for: masterplanning this 1M square foot business park site, co-ordinating the design guides for the development, taking the landscape works to completion, making submissions to satisfy planning conditions, evolving the design to suit developments and running the maintenance contract. 	West End Park Ashton-Under-Lyne Regeneration of this neglected Victorian park, including community consultation, detailed design, contract preparation and administration on site. All completed within tight budget and under nine months. More information


	Estuary Coastal Reserve Liverpool Feasibility, detailed design and implementation to restore the wild coastal landscape on the former Speke airfield for wildlife and informal recreation. Additional work has included community consultation, help with funding applications and assistance to the Coastal Reserve Management Committee. More information


	Martenscroft Park Hulme Community consultation and detailed design for this new urban, pocket park as part of the City Challenge urban regeneration initiative. More information


	Cambourne New Settlement Cambridgeshire Masterplan consultants and detailed design of 260 ha of green infrastructure including: 45 ha of new woodland, 6 ha of new lakes and wetland, 28 ha Country park, 58 ha of new nature reserves, village greens, play areas, sports facilities, allotments, High Street, Community orchard, 12 miles of new footpaths, cycleways and bridleways and a new burial ground. 	Wilderspool Community Woodland Warrington Creation of new 6.0 ha community woodland on demolition disposal site. Facilitated involvement of children from 12 schools as well as local businesses and residents associations. More information
