Practice registration
Our team of highly skilled designers and support staff are the heart of our business and we were one of the first landscape practices to be registered as Investors in People. We strive to ensure that individual training needs are met and that we match people skills to client’s project requirements. Each year we aim to employ at least one ‘year out’ student, and their training and development is as important to us as any other team member.
The practice is owned and managed by the partners, who are very much part of the team. They provide direct inputs to client’s projects as well as acting as ‘quality control', team co-ordinators and project managers.
We aim to develop all team members to their maximum potential. Associates assist the partners at a senior level with varied aspects of management, and there is no bar to progressing to partnership should this be in the interests of the practice as a whole.
The practice is registered with the Landscape Institute and all senior design personnel are chartered landscape architects.
Physical Resources
We have a pleasant and well resourced office base in central Manchester, and ensure that investment in computing and other office equipment keeps our team up to date and operating efficiently.
