We are thrilled to announce that Taylor Wimpey and Vistry Group have secured Reserved Matters planning approval for the first phase of Cambourne West’s strategic landscape. Building on the award winning work undertaken by our clients on Cambourne, phase one will deliver a whopping 30ha of new public open space comprising SuDS lakes, woodlands, wetlands wildflower meadows, tree lined avenues, contemporary urban squares and greenway cycle routes. This new landscape will form the setting for 969 new homes. This is the largest detailed application that Randall Thorp has delivered taking over six months to produce, working with Ellipsis and the Cambourne West design team. Site work  is programmed to start in late 2020 so we’re now looking forward to rolling our sleeves up and helping our client to move the project into the construction phase.
