Randall Thorp assisted the Heritage Trust for the North West (HTNW) in securing a £2.4m Heritage Lottery Fund grant for the restoration of the historic park and gardens associated with Lytham Hall in Lytham St Annes. As part of the HLF grant application, we developed a strategy for the whole park and a Park Restoration Plan.

As members of the Garden Advisory Group we have also assisted in public consultation events, developing proposals for phased works, planning the works, fundraising and tendering and administering landscape works contracts during the construction phases.
