"Cambourne West Phase 1 illustrates a quality approach to masterplanning and design coding at the early stage and what great results can be achieved by the highly skilled team. Careful consideration towards context, integration, landscaping, character, densities, important landmarks and groupings, interface with the open space produced a beautiful and sustainable outcome. This shows how character variety can be achieved by using appropriate townscape components such as development patterns, landscape solutions, street and public squares design, height, massing, built line and the ratio of different typologies with only a few bespoke units and apartments and primarily with the standard house types. This will create one of the best and most attractive, healthy, walkable neighbourhoods in Cambourne with a choice of lifestyle that our customers will love to call Home."
