Randall Thorp’s evidence on behalf of our client Fylde District Council and attendance as expert witness for landscape, townscape and character, assisted our team in winning FOUR conjoined planning appeals in decisions announced at the beginning of February.
Cambourne West public consultation

January sees Danielle attending Public Consultation events in our role as lead designer and landscape architect for a 950 home Reserved Matters Application. This application forms the first phase of development for Cambourne West.

Beaulieu wins national planning award

The Planning Awards 2018 were announced in June and we’re very happy to say that our client Countryside Properties won the award for ‘Infrastructure planning’. As masterplanners and landscape architects for Phase one of the Beaulieu project we are extremely proud to have been involved as a Lead Designer for the strategic infrastructure, helping our client to realise their vision for a landscape led scheme. We are naturally delighted to see that Beaulieu is receiving the accolades it deserves.

Land off Giantswood Lane gains planning approval
25 October 2017
On the 25th October 2017 the Strategic Planning Board for Cheshire East Council approved an outline planning application for up to 500 dwellings, a primary school site and local shop on land between Manchester Road and Giantswood Lane, Congleton. Randall Thorp provided masterplanning and LVIA services as part of a multi-disciplinary team for this successful planning application.
