This 120 page document was approved by South Cambridgeshire District Council in June 2019.

It gives detailed design guidance for all aspects of this 2,300 home extension to Cambourne, from green infrastructure to architectural details and materials. It has been developed in close cooperation with SCDC’s urban design team to provide a robust basis for future designers to design and decision makers to base their judgements on.
