Reserved Matters was granted for 180 homes off Elton Head Road, St Helens in September 2019. Randall Thorp produced the masterplan and Design and Access Statement for the outline planning application in 2015, on behalf of our client Sherdley Estates. We subsequently prepared detailed landscape proposals to accompany the Reserved Matters application. Acoustic screening and ecology requirements were the key challenges for the masterplanning process.
