Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment, Hard and soft landscape proposals,

The Westmorland family required a new HQ building close to their award winning service station in Cumbria. A former caravan site, set within pine woodland, provided the perfect location. The building took its inspiration from modern agricultural aesthetic, whilst the landscape was designed to give the feel of ‘nature taking back control’. The scheme was designed to be a model of sustainable development with habitat creation and enhancement, as well as food production at the heart of the landscape scheme.
