We are pleased to have assisted Bloor Homes and Taylor Wimpey with their planning application for 500 homes located within the North West Preston Strategic Allocation. Our role involved masterplanning, landscape design and LVIA work. The scheme follows on from our masterplanning work at the adjacent Taylor Wimpey ‘Hayfield Park’ development, which is now largely constructed.
