16 March 2020

We would like to share our response to the COVID-19 virus to reassure our clients and colleagues that we are doing all we can to protect the health of our team and our communities whilst continuing to deliver our services to ensure our client’s projects do not stall. The Randall Thorp team has now successfully trialled a week of home working. All our team now have the resources and software to access their emails, access all drawings and documents, work remotely and communicate effectively. We are now implementing the following strategies that may impact the way we communicate with our clients and colleagues: All RT team members are encouraged to work from home. Clients and colleagues are therefore asked to use email rather than telephone as the preferred mode of contact. RT team members are asked to reduce face-to-face meetings. Clients and colleagues are therefore asked to consider, email communication, conference calls and other alternatives. RT team members are encouraged to avoid peak travel time when using public transport. Clients and colleagues should therefore be aware that we may available earlier or later than normal.
