Delighted to have assisted our clients Harworth Group plc with this appeal win.

The landscape scheme was prepared by TEP who were unable to present evidence due to professional conflicts. Randall Thorp presented the landscape evidence based upon the TEP scheme after it had already been agreed with the LPA that there would be adverse impact on landscape.

Good therefore that our evidence convinced the inspector that effects on visual amenity would only be minor adverse in the long term and that effects on landscape components would be beneficial in the long term.

The design / appeal team included: RPS, TEP, Johnson Mowat, Jonathan Easton
