Our work at Cambourne West continues to gain momentum with the detailed design of the main urban square gaining planning approval.
This contemporary interpretation of a town square provides for play and space for community activities, within a setting designed to respond to the effects of climate change through drought resilient planting and rain gardens. The surrounding retail spaces will spill out into the square to provide movement and activity along with the area being the main pedestrian route to the town's new secondary school.
We look forward to overseeing the implementation of this space and watching it become the vibrant heart to this new community.
