This entertaining presentation draws on our extensive experience of preparing LVIAs and defending them at planning appeals. It highlights some of the common errors and misconceptions we hear from planning professionals when referring to landscape evidence and LVIAs.
Our aim is to ensure that our audience leaves with enough understanding to avoid looking like an ‘LVIA idiot’ when discussing the subject in a high-stakes public forum.
