Randall Thorp provide TVIA for former Kelloggs Headquarters

Randall Thorp assisted Trafford Council and developer Bruntwood Works in securing consent to build 750 homes and 200,000 sq ft of offices on the former Kellogg’s headquarters, in the Civic Quarter of Trafford. We provided Townscape and Visual Impact Assessment services for this new and exciting scheme.

LVIA project gains planning approval in Cheshire East

We're delighted that plans to create a 190,000 sq ft business park off Pendleton Way in Wilmslow have been recommended for approval by Cheshire East Council’s planning officers. This future Business Park is designed to provide "exemplar facilities and open space."  Randall Thorp provided the Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment for the scheme, working alongside: AEW Architects, Avison Young, Vectos, Tylor Grange and TDP developments. The Client is A & HD Wain.

Exemplar case study in Essex Design Guide

Planning Approval for major landscape scheme

Planning approval has been granted for the first phase of landscape at Cambourne West for our clients Taylor Wimpey and Vistry. This 30ha scheme includes: lakes, ornamental ponds, naturalistic wetlands, formal parkland, new woodlands, greenways and roadside planting to provide a stunning setting for the first phase of 969 new homes.
