Preparation of evidence for planning appeal, Expert witness services

Miller Homes had had planning permission refused for a 150 home scheme (prepared by others) for site a designated as a ‘Protected Area of Search’ on the edge of the village of Collingham, Leeds. Randall Thorp were appointed to present evidence regarding: landscape, character and design issues at the Planning Appeal.

Dick Longdin prepared and presented the landscape, character and design evidence together with cross examination notes for Miller Home’s Counsel.

The Secretary of State agreed with the Planning Inspector’s report that planning permission should be approved.
