Oxley Health & Wellbeing Centre receives outline planning permission

Outline planning permission has been granted for the Oxley Health & Wellbeing Facility project in Wolverhampton. Plans for the site comprise a two-storey health and wellbeing facility, featuring a landscape masterplan for the public and semi-public spaces by Randall Thorp.
